Other Spit Roasts

Open roasted food from a spit is always popular at gatherings.  As well as our hog roast we can also spit roast a whole lamb or chickens or, if you prefer, a selection of beef, lamb and pork joints.

Like the hog roast, we will carve it from the spit and it can be served up with a salad buffet or made into tasty hot sandwiches or baps.  Or you may like a roast dinner with a feature, just have any of the below spits served with hot potatoes and vegetables.

And don't forget our sweets and starters to make sure everyone is kept filled and happy.

 

• LAMB - A whole lamb roasted on the spit, carved and accompanied with homemade mint sauce.  Served plated or in baps.
• CHICKEN - Whole chickens roasted on the spit, carved & accompanied with our unique homemade stuffing.  Served plated or in baps.
• BEEF JOINTS - Joints of beef, accompanied with horseradish sauce or mustard, is a popular choice.
• LAMB JOINTS - Joints of lamb, accompanied with mint sauce.  All roasted on the spit, carved and served plated or in baps.
