Hot Buffets
As an alternative to hot roast and barbecues we offer a hot buffet. Dishes include a hot pot with suet crust, macaroni cheese with mushrooms and pine nuts, as well as popular chicken, lamb and sausage based meals. We offer salads, mushy peas and various pickles to accompany the meal. To finish you might want to order an irresistible sweet from our dessert menu.

Hot Buffet Selection
- Hot Pot with Suet Crust - Chunks or prime beef, potatoes and carrots in rich thickened gravy, topped with a suet crust
- Lasagne - Delicious layers of beef mince bolognaise and creamy cheese sauce, with a crispy cheddar cheese top
- Sausage & Onion Casserole - Cumberland pork sausage, in a rich red onion gravy, served with parsley mash
- Cumberland Sausage Hot Pot - Pieces of local sausage with potatoes and carrots served with a crusty bread
- Luxury Shepherd's Pie - Quality minced beef in a creamy gravy sauce, topped with velvet mashed potatoes
- Macaroni Cheese with Mushrooms - Macaroni cheese in a light creamy sauce, with mushrooms topped with pine nuts
- Fruity Chicken Pilaf - Tender chicken pieces, mixed with apricots, cranberries, pistachio nuts & spices, all combined with basmati rice
- Moroccan Lamb Tangine - Chunks of prime lamb in spicy and fruity tomato sauce, served with boiled rice
- Chicken Casserole - Chicken and mushrooms in a tangy orange and sherry sauce, served with boiled rice
- Chilli Con Carne - Hot mince meat and kidney bean dish, served with either jacket potatoes or rice
